There are two different MLS systems in the Metro Atlanta area. The GAMLS (Georgia Multiple Listing Service) and FMLS (First Multiple Listing Service).

While some real estate brokerage firms are members of either the GAMLS or FMLS. Total Choice Realty hold membership in both the GAMLS and FMLS.

The GAMLS primarily covers counties South of I-20 while the FMLS covers counties North of I-20.  Both MLS systems cover the entire Metro Atlanta area.

To gain the greatest amount of exposure we LIST your property in BOTH the GAMLS and FMLS providing ALL Atlanta area agents access to your property.

The Seller is responsible for paying the FMLS service fee of 0.0012 of the sale price at closing.  Whether you sell your property through a broker or if you sell your property yourself.  
Example: 100,000 x 0.0012 = $120
